Employee Attendance Manual Entries

Employee Attendance Manual Entries is for inserting attendance entries manually for multiple employees between a date range. The absent entries for multiple employees for the selected date range can also be managed.

Manual attendance entries for multiple employees for a specific date range.

Absent entries

Skip entry(s) on specific date from date-range when any of the employee is absent.

Select the list of Employees

Select multiple employees for generate entries.

No duplication of entries

Skip to enter attendance if attendance already found on specific date.

Add Multiple Employee Attendance entries

For Adding the employees attendance entries Goto --> Attendances --> Manager --> Manual Attendance Entries.One form will be displayed like below.

Set Date-range and Time.

Select date-range for which you want to generate entries. You also need to select Start Time and End Time, which will set as start and end time in check in and check out entries respectively.

Selection of employees

You can either choose Particular Employees or All Employees. To select all employees, use Select All Employees

Manage Absence

If any employee is absent on specific date, you can select Date and employees. So, on that date, attendance entry will not generate for such employees. Of course, you can select multiple employees for same date. To do so, Go to Absent Entries tab and select the employee(s) against the specific date.

Generate the Attendance Records

Using Generate Attendance button, you can generate attendance records for selected employees.If attendance is already exists, it will not generate the duplicate attendance for that date.

Filter out manually generated attendance records

To filter out manually added entries using Manual Attendance Entries, Go to Attendances --> Manager --> Attendances. Then, applye filter Add using Manual Entries.

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
