Default Odoo takes exchange rate from the currency configuration/menu and change currency rate daily process is very hard that change currency rate everyday from currency menu for each currency. With help of this Odoo apps you will have option to set Currency Exchange Rates manually/directly on customer invoices, vendor bills, sales order, purchase order and account payment on each record and its cover whole workflow of Odoo ERP with apply manual currency exchange rates. After installing this Odoo module you will extra field to apply manual exchange rate on all documents(SO, PO, Invoices, Payments) after apply manual exchange rate everything converted with this applied manual exchange rate i.e product price change on order lines and invoice line, accounting entries generated with this assigned exchange rate.

Apply Manual Currency Exchange Rate

You can apply Manual Currency Exchange Rate according to Country.

Currency Amount in Journal Entry

Based on the invoices/bills related journal entries have selected exchange rate amount.

Apply different Currency of each Product in Sale Order

You can apply Manual Currency Exchange Rate for each product in Sale Order.

Currency Amount in Stock Journal Entry.

Based on the sale and purchase related stock journal entries have selected exchange rate amount.

Manual Currency Exchange Rate Option.

While creating any sale order or purchase order or invoice, you can add currency exchange option to apply manual currency rate to the products. Just allow manual currency exchange rate and apply rates according to currenct.

On create invoice page there is a check-box that you need to select for manual currency exchange rate. Apply rates that you want to be exchanged.

Currency Exchange Rate in Sale & Purchase Order.

While creating sale order, there is a check-box that you need to select for manual currency exchange rate. Apply rates that you want to be exchanged.

While creating purchase order there is a check-box that you need to select for manual currency exchange rate. And apply rates that you want to be exchanged.

Currency Exchange Rate on Invoice.

Provide the rates you want to be converted in invoice in input field that will appear after you check Apply Manual Currency Rate.

Product Price.

Actual price of the product is shown below.

Here we can see the different prices of the same product. One that is above is pre-defined price of product. Below is the price that is changed as manual currency exchange rates are provided.

Stock Journal Entry

When you select inventory valuation as Automated in product category, the stock journal also have value of manual exchange rate.

Horrible app and very buggy v13

Hello,

This app was a complete disaster.   It causes Odoo to duplicate the payment amount on the payment and the journal entries.   This happens when  you pay bills from the Bills lists view.  If you pay more than one vendor and at least one vendor has 2 or more bills to pay and you select them in the list view, and click Register Payment, the payment amount will be multiplied by the number of Bills being paid to the vendor.

It took us about 16 hours to go back and reverse paying 80 vendors a total of 410 bills after using this app.   After uninstalling, the same payment process was flawless.
