Goto Products -> eCommerce tab in that set multiple website from 'Websites' field.

User can see selected products of 'My Website' on website shop page.

User can see selected products of 'My Website 2' on website shop page.
Mass Update Product Website Menu
Select multiple products then click on 'Mass Update Product Website' menu under Action.
Mass Update Product Website Wizard
User can select multiple websites and click on 'UPDATE' button.

User can see updated product websites on product form view.
