MRP LESS QUANTITY CONSUMPTION MODULE - FOR TIMES WHEN CUSTOMER WANTS TO CONSUME LESS QUANTITY THAN THE DECIDED QUANTITY TO PRODUCE.
Does it ever occur that while manufacturing a product the quantity you wanted to produce is less after the production?
- Keeping track of the quantity expected to produce and the Actual quantity produced by the end of the production.
- Warning will be raised if user tries to add quantity more than actual quantity to produce.
- Warning when user tries to add 0 in Actual Quantity during Work orders.
Initially when the manufacturing order is created, Actual produced Quantity will be '0' as no process is done for the order.
In the work order after validating all the components, you will see a field named:'Actual Output QTY' where you can modify the quantity.
If the user adds '0' quantity then the work order won't be proceed. A warning will pop-up to add quantity greater than zero.
This Module prevents user to add Actual Quantity greater than the Quantity to produce.
Once you complete all of the work orders Actual quantity is updated.
