Overview
BaniBro Solutions-created module gives users the opportunity to create customized PDF reports in Fleet that include information about the vehicles, contracts, services, odometer readings, and drivers' histories for the chosen time frame.

Work Methods
Configure: Settings-> Users & Companies-> Users
To open the wizard: Fleet-> Reporting-> Vehicle Details
You can use this wizard to create a unique PDF report for Fleet. To filter the entries based on the time frame, we may select the Start Date and End Date. The Start Date field must be filled out. The current date will be used if we don't provide an End Date. The status of the cars for which we must prepare the report can then be selected.Another essential field is States. After that, we can choose Vehicles in the chosen states. Leave the Vehicles section empty if we need to print a report for every vehicle in the states we've chosen. By default, the Exclude Vehicle Data checkbox will be selected. To display the vehicle data in the report, uncheck it.
The report begins with specifics like the time frame, the list of automobiles, and their designated states. If the Exclude Vehicle Data checkbox is not selected, the vehicle data will be shown.
Contracts: Vehicles are grouped together every contract for the specified vehicles during the selected time frame.
Services: The entire cost of all the service records for the listed vehicles during the selected period, broken down per vehicle, are tallied together.
Odometer: All the odometer readings of the listed vehicles in the given period sorted by vehicles.
Drivers History: Each driving record for the specified vehicles during the chosen time period is grouped by vehicle.
Exclude Vehicle Data: By default, the Exclude Vehicle Data checkbox is selected. This will make the report's vehicle data invisible.
Only the contracts, services, odometers, and drivers' histories will  be included in the report.
