It has been over a month & still no service

I purchased this app on the 28th July and had problems loading it into my system, I contacted the author via this platfor as well as direct email. I have heard absolutely nothing from them.

Finally, I asked Teqstars a Odoo partner who I purchased a few apps from to have a look at the problem, which they sorted out for me.

Good afternoon, I bought the module today 04/02/2022 and installed it without problems, I also configured the template but at the time of printing it allows me to download the pdf but it does not show me the image of the barcode, I am using the EAN13 code.

I need your help as soon as possible.

App fails odoo.sh test

I purchased the app for odoo 13 sh, unfortunately it failed odoo.sh test even before I test it's functionality.

I contacted the author on their e-mail twice and reported the issue on odoo platform and so far I received no response.

I purchased this product 2 days ago, it looked great from the website description. I am unable to install the app, I receive a Odoo error message when I try to install the app. I have submitted a support ticket on the apps website, as well as sending an email directly to the developer. I have had absolutely no response from Customizeapps whatsoever. I have not asked Odoo to intervene yet as that will be my next step.
