Cancel Order Reason

Features

  • This module allows customer to fill the Cancel reason of the Sale Order, Purchase Order and Invoice.
  • After cancel the Order mail should go to the Customer and Admin Manager.
  • Inside the Sales -> Configuration there is one configuration "Cancel Order Reason". Enable this options.


  • After that inside the Sales order click on the Cancel button to cancel the Sale order when you click on the Cancel button it will open one wizard and ask the Reason of Cancel Sale Order and the same process will follow on the Purchase Order and Also in Invoices.


  • In the Popup it will ask Cancel Order Reason after that click on the Cancel Order button.


  • When you click on the Cancel Order button it will send the one mail to Admin Manager and Customer with the cancel Reason.
