Features :

• Create new security groups, which will help you to set the accurate access of the contacts to odoo users.


• Access Own Contact : User added in this group can see the contacts assigned to them only not all .


• Access All Contact : User added in this group can see all the contacts.

Turn on the developer mode and go to settings and click on the technical menu and go to the record rule.

Search the record rule which name is "res.partner.rule.private.employee".

Remove the group which name is "internal user" and add the "Access All Contact" group.

Open the user and give the access right.
