Hi, It is really strage. The link should also be visible in your portal on Odoo Apps (https://www.odoo.com/my/orders). Just open your order, and there should be Download Link visible. Please, check it and tell us if everything is ok.

For this module to work, do I need to buy the generic request Additional Field module as well? Or when I buy this module, generic request additional field module will also be included?

Hi, Generic Request Field is included in dependencies, so when you buy this module, you will get Generic Request Field too. With regards, CR&D Team
