A perfect dashboard solution
by
Gobezu Sewu

I am truly happy I went for this module, and frankly I went for it blindly as the demo instance was not working, but after having read through the module description I was convinced that the feature set was unmatched by even more expensive and more popular ones. And I was pleasantly surprised that the description even understates the capability of this module, for instance the ability to export the entire or part of the dashboard to Excel was not provided in the description. So, when you find such gem, what do you do. You show appreciation, emphatically, and let them know you are grateful for this and that they should keep on developing this great module, not sure what they could add to it as it already feels complete.

Pleas keep to one message instead of so many different messages about this so that I can best help you.

Unfortunately this version is no longer supported by postgres themselves or by this module. It is over 3 years old and is also likely to have security problems for your server. Is it at all possible to upgrade to a current supported version of postgres?

Hi,

Beat to use the support link above and I can help more.

In the settings app there is a dashboard menu which has an option for creating a new dashboard. Also make sure you add your user to the dashboard group on the user settings screen.

There are free training video at www.odooinsights.com that gives you step by step instructions to create dashboards.

Thanks for using our dashboard app and hope you get into it ok.

I have 2 questions: 1) Does this dashboard support displaying the data from custom module? 2) Does it support the download of the dashboard to pdf or excel? Thanks in advance. cheers, julius.

Re:

Hi, Thank you for your questions. 1) Yes you can query data from any module/model for any stored fields in the system. 2) Not directly. You can click to open the records that make up the results shown on the dashboard then export them in the normal way of exporting records.
