Customer Document and Expiry Notification

DevIntelle Consulting Service Pvt Ltd

Overview

Odoo app will manage Customer Documents & send notification before document expiry

Feature

Allows you to create document for customer
Attach customer's document into customer screen
User can navigate to the document through customer screen also
If document's expiry date is near, then system will send notification emails to specific customer

How It Works

Configure: Before Days

Suppose you configure 2 days here, and document's expiry date is 15-7-2018

and 2 days before expiry date means 13-7-2018

So it will send notification emails on 13-7-2018 to particular customers whose document is expiring on 15-7-2018

Create Customer Document
Access document from customer's screen
Notification Email Format
