Dynamic Approve for PO

This application is used to create the purchase order team for approving the Purchase Order dynamically.



  Looking for Demo or Support?

1) Purchase view.

Here users with purchase order manager rights can see the menu of PO teams from where they can create the Purchase Order team.

2)RFQ view.

Here manager can select the team for approving the purchase order.

3)User Error pop-up view.

Here user who is not a member of po team tries to confirm the RFQ(purchase order) or tries to approve the purchase order will get the error showing in following images.

4) Approve order error view.

5) Team member view.

Team member can approve the RFQ from the Approve Route.

Navigation: Request For Quotation -> APPROVE

6) Confirm Purchase order view.

Now the user with the right to confirm the po can confirm the purchase order.
