Odoo-13 Payroll

Salary Standards

Create the salary standard in configuration=>Salary Standards menu, Mention the category and code, then you can make three types of conditions.
Type:1
Percentage based on wage amount
Type:2
Fixed Amount
Type:3
Wage Amount

Salary standard category

In Payroll => Configuration => Salary Standard Category, you can able to see all of the categories, and related standards to specific category

Salary Template

In Payroll => Configuration => Salary Template, Create new salary template according to your salary structure,you can add salary standards(Allowances and Deductions) in the template, this template can be used in contracts

Contracts

Go to Payroll => Contracts => Open the contract => Click the salary information table => Fill the wage information, then select the salary template, After selecting the salary template click create rules button,

this operation will bring all the salary standards information from salary template to salary contracts Now you can able to see the salary rules in contract.

if you want to add more rules you can add in contract by clicking add line, user can set manual amounts by clicking on the rule and click the boolean called ignore the salary template amount take manual amount, then fill the manual amount. save the record

Employee Payslips

Payroll => Employee Payslips, Create the payslip record and select the employee. After selecting the employee, it will automatically bring the contract and related salary template. Click the compute sheet button
After clicking the compute payslip button, it will bring all the salary rules which mentioned in the contract level, user can see the breakdown in charts also
After computation, user can confirm or cancel the payslip

After confirmation, User can make the record to draft state if user need.

In tree view user can see the total allowances, total deductions and Net Salary

You can confirm the multiple payslips at one time by using Payslip Confirmation

Payslip Print

Batch payslip: You can create batch payslips by department, manager, etc. User can able to see the total allowances, total deduction and net salary in batch payslips menu.

Pivot Reports: User can create there own reports in pivot report and he can use the default chart, graph reports
