Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise as well as Odoo Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

Installation
- Backup your Odoo
- Extract the module and upload (place it) into your "custom modules" folder
- Restart the Odoo server
- Log in to Odoo and activate the developer mode
- Go to "Apps" tab and click "Update Apps list"
- Find the module and hit the "Install" button
- Restart Odoo
- Feel free to contact to get a tutorials on how to install modules on different systems

query about possibility to restrict some category to some user group
i.e i have a category for administrator group, so only client team admins can view those questions.?

Hi Haseeb,
In FAQ Module,we have already have a custom group called FAQ Manager who can create FAQ questions and by default every user can view the questions.
As per your request, only client team admins can view those questions
we need to do customisation.
