Estimados,  quisiera saber si con su desarrollo puedo hacer lo siguiente:


  • Contestar todas las consultas en segundos
  • Distribuir leads de manera automática
  • Seguimiento mucho más rápido
  • Integración del botón WhatsApp en web
  • Mejorar la atención a través de CRM 
  • Control total sobre las comunicaciones
  • Métricas de atención
Quisieramos saber mas información acerca de cómo funciona si con este módulo se puede lograr lo que nosotros queremos, que no es otra cosa que implementar un bot que permita interactuar con el usuario mediante un par de mensajes de saludo para posteriormente, ser derivado a un asesor o a un grupo previamente configurado, a su vez que se puedan centralizar las conversaciones mediante una sola línea de whatsapp. Poder realizar seguimiento de las comunicaciones realizadas por el cliente y medir el tiempo de respuesta.
