Equipment Request for Support Ticket

This app allows helpdesk users / technicians to make requests for Equipment to the department for helpdesk tickets they are working.

Main Features:

Allow your Support Team / Technician / User to request for Equipment / Asset for the support ticket they are working.
They can request multiple Equipment(s) on the same Equipment Request.
Allow them to see Equipment requests & Tickets on Equipment Form as smart buttons.
Allow them to see all equipment which are related helpdesk support tickets.
Equipment request workflow Draft -> Confirmed -> Equipment Received -> Equipment Returned.
Equipment requests allow the user to select a ticket number as shown on screenshot.
