You can create, update and add different employee level, employee level stages, employee level substages for your employees.

You can add stage and substage percenteges alongside creating new levels.

Create an employee level

Create an employee level from Employee menu.

Update employee level informations

Add gross salary for newly created employee level. For each stage upgradation, given stage percentege of gross salary will be added to gross salary. Same goes for Sub-stage percenteges which will be applied for half stage upgradation.

Add new stages

Add new stages for your employees.

Generate stages

Generate all stages by clicking Generate Stages button, which will give you the details of gross salary.

Update employee level and level stage

You can select employee level and level stage from employee profile. It will automatically update the salary information.
