Handle Custoday/Imprest Management clearance
This module used to clearance Custoday and fully integarated with Finance Module and Analytic Account
Access Right
There are two different Access Right: User and Manager
User Can Create Custodies clearence Request and submit to manager
Manager can approve all the Custodies clearence request and approved
Create Custody clearence Request and Fill the data
Submit the Custody clearence Request to Manager
Confirm By Manager
The manager open the menu Imprest analysis to approve and review and click confirm
Create Journal Entries
After confirmed the Finance review and create Journal Entries and you can see the JV from Smart Button
If you dont set the account for any line the system getting message
