Invoice Report Group-By

The Invoice Report Group-By module will allow user to print the invoice group-by the sale order which is made by merging multiple sale order. User can change the

  • When checked the Boolean Invoice Report Group-By Sale Order under Invoicing Configuration this functionality will work else odoo default reports will be printed.

Prerequisites before Installation

No prerequisites are required before the installation.

Configurations

To apply this functionality for Invoice report group-by you have to activate this Check-box of Invoice Report Group-By Sale Order under Setting->Users & Companies->Companies->YourCompany.

Before proceeding for creating a Invoice report which is combination of multiple sale order user needs to apply the configuration.

Step-By-Step Guidelines

First You have to select Sale Orders which you want to group by as by doing following.

When you go to the invoices menu to print the invoice.

When the Configuration check box is checked the report Invoice is displayed as below with heading as Sale-order-number/Date-of-SO/Customer-reference.

Similarly, when the boolean is unchecked the invoice report will be printed as the default report provided by odoo..
