Penalty or Interest on due invoices
Auto Charge Penalty or Interest to customers on their due invoices
This module has been tested in community version 13 only.
Highlights Of The Application
- Application to auto charge penalty or interest to customers on their due invoices
- Configuration to select penalty or interest on due date.
- Penalty can be charge in two way, Percentage or Fixed Amount
- Configuration to select how many days after due dates to charge penalty or interest.
- Interest can be charged monthly. If customer has not paid for previous months, the interest will increments based on months.

Choose Penalty or Interest charge on Due Invoices.
Enable penalty or interest on due invoice from here,
Invoicing/Accounting >> Configurations>>Settings >> Penalty on Due Invoices
Choose Penalty or Interest charge on Due Invoices.
Auto added new product for penalty and interest charge with service type
Added cron job to trigger auto charged on due invoice, you can change internval time of cron according
to you needs.
Go through Settings >> Technical >> Automation >> Scheduled Actions >> Due invoice charges
Can apply charges in two ways.
- Penalty
- Interest
- Fixed amount
- In percentage
- Allow # of days after due
Note :-If you choose Interest option than it will allow you to add interest percentage Annualy.
New Invoice created for the interest of due invoice.
Invoice for the interest of next month due invoice will added.
Choose Penalty and Percentage.
New Invoice created for the penalty of due invoice.
