In default, odoo only allows you to select a warehouse on sale order, when the sale order is confirmed, all sale order lines will be picked up from your selected warehouse.
With this app, you are able to choose one or multi warehouses on the sale order line, and sale order line will be picked up from separately warehouse.


List features:

1. Choose one warehouse on sale order line.

2. Choose multi warehouse on sale order line.

3. Automatically suggest warehouses which are sufficient stock.

4. Stock Picking is created separately base on warehouse on sale order line.

Example 1: Choose one warehouse on sale order line

In sale order line, you are able to choose only one warehouse, that meaning is the product will be picked from your chose warehouse
In sale order, select option "Choose one warehouse on sale order line.", this is also default option, when you create order from sale order.


For example, You have 2 warehouses
And your available quantity of product "Desk Organizer" and "Large Cabinet" are same as below image


Available quantity of product "Desk Organizer" in WH_1 is 3 and in WH_2 is 4
Available quantity of product "Large Cabinet" in WH_1 is 2 and in WH_2 is 3


Now come back to sale order, if you select "Desk Organizer", it will suggest you should pick up stock from Warehouse 2. Because its available stock is greater than Warehouse 1.

You are able to select another warehouse by click on warehouse and select another one.

Select warehouse 1, if you would like to pick up stock from warehouse 1. Add "Large Cabinet" product and would like to pick up stock from warehouse 2
Your completed sale order as below

After you confirm sale order. 2 pickings will be created.

Example 2: Multi warehouse on sale order line

We have a scenario, if customer place order and you have been sufficient stock for that order but they aren't belong a warehouse. Indeed, they are in several warehouses
For example, you have 3 warehouses
And available quantity of "Desk Organizer" product like below image

Warehouse 1 has 3 stocks, warehouse 2 has 4 stocks and warehouse 3 has 1 stock

And now, if your customer want to purchase 8 pcs of "Desk Organizer" product from your website ecommerce

Sale Order will be created with "Choose multi warehouse on sale order line." option

You can see "Desk Organizer" will be picked up from 3 warehouses and the number after the warehouse's name is stock number which will be picked up.

After customer make the payment from your website ecommerce. Sale order will be confirmed and create 3 delivery stock pickings.

On the Sale Order form

Example 3: Modify quantity on "Choose multi warehouse on sale order line" option

When you create a new sale order, select product and input quantity, this app will suggest the warehouse which you will pick up stock

After save sale order. it will show stock number you will pick up at the warehouse

Click on "Warehouses" button to modify stock quantity
For example, you want to pick up 1 stocks at the warehouse 1 and 5 stocks at the warehouse 2
The meaning of the red line is the warehouse 2 is not sufficient stock. Click on "Save" button and sale order will be updated.

Or you can add more warehouse.

Click on "Save" button and sale order will be updated.

After Confirm sale order, 3 delivery stock pickings will be created.

Example 4: Choose sale order warehouse.

Select this option if you want to pick up stock from the warehouse which you selected in sale order. This option action the same as default odoo.

This meaning is all product of this sale order will be picked up from warehouse 1.
