Maintenance for Assets in Odoo using Maintenance Request with Diagnosis and Maintenance Activity
Asset Maintenance Management
Only Compatible with Enterprise Edition
This app allows you to manage asset maintenance using Odoo Asset module and Maintenance module. Basically it integrated both together and also allowed you to create material requisitions from maintenance request purposes.
Main Features:
- We have added some new fields on the Maintenance Request Form of Odoo Standard model with Buttons/Actions as per below screenshots.
- Users can approve Maintenance request, maintenance complete, Create Material Requisition, Submit to Manager, Receive Request.
- System also adds fields of Employee, Department, Partner to the Maintenance Team form of Odoo Standard.
- System allows you to create and manage Maintenance Diagnosis.
- System allows you to create and manage Maintenance Activity.
- Allow you to create product material requisition from the Maintenance request form.
- Cron job to manage maintenance request preventive steps.
- Showing maintenance requests on asset form using a smart button.
- Allow you to print maintenance requests in pdf format.

Cron will auto generate maintenance request where asset exists and frequency next date comes to today with type preventive. Please note that cron is from Odoo standard so we have override it that means cron will first do job which odoo standard doing and then execute our code to generate request for specific condition match as explained.
