Why Odoo Inbox

The module does not completely work and they never answer to support ticket. For the price, this is unacceptable.

does this module automatically add notes to a contact if you email the contact from your inbox or do you have to initiate the email from the contact?

Does this give the option to a user for individual imap or does it expect the emails to come from catchall?

The template feature is not there as of now but we'll add it very soon by next week and update you.

I want to know, which mails are in the inbox: all from my email account or only those related to the Odoo contacts? the emails are automatically assigned to opportunity / lead? if I forward an email to a contact, is this email visible in the chat of the opportunity / lead? I'm looking for a tool so that no emails are lost! thanks for your reply, best regards, Irina
