Microsoft Azure SSO Integration



  • Odoo provide interactive feature to integrate or synchronized with Microsoft Azure. Using this module, you can sync your Microsoft Azure users with Odoo seamlessly.

  • We have got 2 more modules, which is Calendar Sync and Contact Sync. These modules will allow you to sync Office.com calendar events and contacts with Odoo calendar events and contacts.

Go to Azure Portal

Create New App

Enter App Name and URL

Upon Save, You Will Find App in List

Open App, Select "Required Permission"

Grant Permission to "All"

Go to "Keys" Option

Enter Information and Save

On Save, Keys Generated. "Copy" It Safely

Copy "Application ID"

Sign in to Your Odoo Instance

Open Oauth Providers Microsoft OAuth2

Paste Application ID and Secret Key Here

Click on "Log in With Microsoft"

Enter Your Microsoft ID and Password

On Successful Login, You Will Be Redirected

Developer was always available to support in the setting up on the module.

Module worked quickly and efficiently.

Works perfectly. I had some trouble with the installation first but when I contacted the developer I got an answer very quickly. It has been running in production for a few months now without any problems.

I installed this module for a customer it works well. We struggled a bit because the configuration in azure was redesigned and finding the new places was not easy. It would be great if the authors could find a little time to update the documentations screenshots which are currently (Feb 2021) outdated and do not match the Azure interface.

Will this work for customers that I give web portal rights to so they can log in with their companies O365/Azure account? If I set it up under my domain and my tennent and they use their domain login info with this program will it allow them to log in? Multiple customers with many different domains..

Our module can only allow single company and right now we don't have functionality like to login with multiple customers

The available document does give information about how to connect Odoo database with Azure to enable SSO login for a more convenient login process. However, we needed a free support call to fill small gaps from the documentation. Finally, the integration works. :-) I would like to mention that this integration also enables the use of MultiFactorAuthentication (MFA) with Microsoft Authenticator to log in to Odoo.
