I've never tried Odoo App. If the apps opens the POS directly as the web browser yes. If it's a different interface I don't think so.

are this module work in odoo sh odoo enterpise version 14 if i use from mobiles

This module is tested only in odoo community. The v14 version is on the way. I expect to have it working by the end of July.
