Website Shop Online save Orders from customers and auto send to Kitchen Restaurant Screen

  • Step 1: Customer go to your website shop , take order and payment
  • Step 2: Orders auto save backend and Sync direct to POS Cashiers (Have setting sync with Orders Website)
  • Step 3: On POS Cashiers Order Lines auto Submit to Kitchen Room Session Screen
  • Step 4: On Kitchen Room, Kitchen User process products to Done and update status of Order Lines
  • Step 5: When POS Cashiers see status become Done, them assign to Delivery Man and Delivery Order to Customer

Guide Manual, always keep one POS Counter and one Kitchen Screen online

  • Go to Sale / Configuration and Active : Sync Order to Point Of Sale
  • Setting of POS Cashiers / POS Counters
  • Setting of POS Cashiers / POS Counters for automatic sync orders online from website
  • Setting of Kitchen Room Screen

Hi there,

We are interested your module, but have some questions on this.

- are sales orders just synced to POS or does it create another order from POS? we are asking because if it creates another sales order, this will have an impact on accounting.

- are status of each order synced back to sales order in sales module?

- is there any demo link that you can provide?

- Sale Orders will be booked when coverted to POS Order, it mean locked and nothing conflict with accounting
