POS Restaurant Reservation

  • When the customer call your restaurant or come your restaurant for make a reservation, from time to time. Backend User can create Order on Calendar Event of Odoo Original
  • You just need to specify number of guest, datetime, name of customer (or phone number) and duration for book table on restaurant.
  • Once you will click on 'Customer CheckIn', Order will send to POS.
  • And POS Session can take Order and continue processing it.
  • When Order paid, event will processing state Done

when we needed support Thanh didn't give us saying that the issues were not due his code. "we can not give support free. We only support free from purchased module to 2 months"

We can undestand that is part of their policy but we think is not a good deal.

Dear

No, we have supported you 70+ email, support fixing and resolved many issues for you. Your purchased started from March/2020. And we keeping support free to 2 months from it.

Now you come back and request some custom and fixing some issue, we told it out of period times support.

What is good deal, we have offer plan Maintain but you say "NO" and need to free. You need our team working free for you? right. And we not accept working free you rate 1 star ??? Ok, We understand it

We will reporting to odoo and block you get any update of app via Odoo Store now
