POS Sync Order

Easy way to sync order to different sessions

Mala experiencia y mal servicio al cliente

Por primera vez tuve una mala experiencia en la compra de un módulo de terceros de Odoo.  

antes de comprar teníamos duda de que las versiones incluían y les preguntamos específicamente por eso y nos contestaron que efectivamente incluye las versiones: V10,11,12 y 13. A nosotros nos interesaba la v11.

Pero después de hacer la compra nos dimos cuenta que solo incluía la V13. Nos comunicamos vía skype con la empresa pero no logramos llegar a un acuerdo y lo mas desagradable fue el mal servicio al cliente y pocas alternativas de solucionar este inconveniente. Nos da la impresión de que están más interesados ​​en vender su aplicación que la satisfacción del cliente. Muy mala experiencia.
