View and manage all Odoo messages just like with a regular email client!
Messages and internal notes only are shown (system notifications and chat/channel messages are NOT displayed!)
NB: User can only see messages posted to the records he|she has access to. If user can see the message it means that user has at least read access to the record this message is posted to. Limit access to record for limiting access to record messages - Move messages to "Trash" and restore them. Empty trash by schedule

- Configure "Conversation" as a fallback model for incoming messages. If Odoo will not find a record to route incoming message it will create a new Conversation
- Create a new Conversation manually and use it for communication with customers, suppliers, employees or any partners
- Need a private conversation? Restrict access to Conversations in User settings!
- Forward or move messages from Conversation to any other record/thread
- Empty Conversation will be deleted automatically when all messages are deleted or moved

How can I make own messages visible to employees?

Message visibility depend on the record visibility. If the user has access to the record he/she can see the related messages as well.

Hi Ivan,
Lets say I set up an incoming mail server for a user to pull their email. The address would match the users email in their odoo account. Is it possible for the Alias maybe or some way to keep that conversation in tact and tracked on the contact they are emailing with? If not is this something that could be added as a customization to this module?
I am trying to find a good way to keep emails between our sales and potential customers tracked in Odoo without utilizing catchall. They do not want to sacrifice the ease of use with Gmail and be forced to do email communications only within the Odoo interface.

Actually I understand what you want. However this is out of the scope of this module while it is designed to handle messages without interfering into mail fetch/send process itself.
Before v12 there was an ability to assign aliases directly to users. As far as I see it is not supported any more: https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/odoo-v12-incoming-mail-route-to-user-alias-not-working-142697

So if my users have their company gmail address as their main email on their account that is different from the catchall domain we use will this work? Is there a way to pull the replies into Odoo from the users email even though any contact that replies goes back to their gmail?

This module does not fetch or send messages itself. It only displays and handles messages already fetched by Odoo in far more convenient way.
