Send payslips to employees by e-mail
This modules allows you to send the payslip by e-mail as a PDF attachement. The main payslip approval workflow is altered and you are be default asked for confirmation when approving a payslip. It's also possible to configure so that the payslip is always confirmed and sent to employee without asking. Sounds good? Watch the promotional video.
The behaviour is configurable in a by-employee basis. Some employees can be excluded from the payslip-send by email policy.
By default you are always asked if you are sure you want to confirm the payslip, unless the employee is configured to confirm without asking.
The payslip is send directly by using SMTP server configuration in technical menu.
