Lead/Opportunity/Quotation/Sale Order Sales Team Access

Currently, odoo not provide access to the sales team to quotation or lead. Using this module your sales team members can access the sale order/quotation or lead/pipeline. This module automatically adds sales team members to the follower's list. All followers can see the sales order/lead. when the salesperson login they can see all the sales orders/quotations or lead/pipeline. This will be applicable from new leads/pipeline or new quotation/sale orders as we are adding team members as followers on create of records. We have applied this rule in own for the user who has their own documents group. so this rule will be not applied to other groups.

Sales team members can access the sale order/quotation or lead/pipeline.

Sales team members automatically added to the follower's list on record create for lead/pipeline and quotation/sale order.

No special configuration required just install it and cheers!

Sale order/Quotation Workflow

Go to "Users & Companies" => Users. In the user tick the group "User: Own Documents Only".


Now go to the configuration => sales teams to create or edit the sales team.


Now in the quotation, we set salesperson and sales team.


After creating a sale order, sales team members automatically added to the follower's list.


Now, we edit the sale order.


If we change the sales team or salesperson, the followers are automatically added to the follower's list.


The follower's list looks like below.


The added followers can see the sales order.


Followers can edit or change in quotation/sale order.


Lead/Pipeline Workflow

Now we create the lead.


The sales team members automatically added to the follower's list.


Now we edit the created lead.


If we change the sales team or salesperson, the followers are automatically added to the follower's list.


The follower's list looks like below.


The added followers can see the lead/pipeline.


Followers can edit or change in lead/pipeline.
