Stock Contact Routes
This module adds a contact tick on the road's configuration which allows you to indicate whether the roads can be selected on the contact cards, and on the contact cards the selection of the routes applicable to the contacts.
When creating a contact or an address from a company sheet, the routes checked on the company are taken over on the contact / address created.
How to do :
Without roads checked on the contact:
- Creation of a request for x for the contact x
- Entering quantities in stock
- Validation of the request
- x number of quantities have been reserved in stock and no purchase request has been created / updated
- By redoing a similar request, we have a purchase request that is created, because there is no longer enough stock
- We will check the routes Buy and Restock on order (MTO) (ignore stock) on the contact card
- We put x quantity in stock
- We recreate a request and validate it
- Nothing more was reserved in stock (while there was sufficient stock), and the purchase request was updated
Ce module ajoute une coche Contacts sur la configuration des routes qui permet d'indiquer si la route peut être sélectionnée sur les fiches contacts, et sur les fiches contacts la sélection des routes applicables aux contacts.
Lors de la création d'un contact ou d'une adresse depuis une fiche de société, les routes cochées sur la société sont reprises sur le contact / l'adresse créé.
Comment faire :
Sans routes cochées sur le contact :
- Création d'une demande de "x" pour le contact "x"
- Saisie des quantités en stock
- Validation de la demande
- un nombre x de quantités ont été réservés dans le stock et aucune demande d'achat n'a été créée / mise à jour
- En refaisant une demande similaire, on a une demande d'achat qui est créée, car il n'y a plus assez de stock
- On va cocher les routes "Acheter" et "Réapprovisionner sur commande (MTO) (ignorer stock)" sur la fiche contact
- On met x quantité en stock
- On recrée une demande et la valide
- Rien n'a été réservé de plus dans le stock (alors qu'il y avait un stock suffisant), et la demande d'achat a été mise à jour

Creating a request for a contact
Entry of 150 quantity in stock
Request validation, 100 have been reserved in stock and no purchase request has been created / updated

We put 300 in stock
We create a request and validate it
Nothing more was reserved in stock (although there was sufficient stock), and the purchase request was updated
You can send an email to the address: support@auneor-conseil.fr specifying the name of the module in the subject of the email or contact us by phone. You will also need to attach a copy of the purchase invoice for the Odoo apps module.

- Is the support included in the module ?
No, only malfunctions are taken into account in the support, otherwise you must have an Auneor Conseil support contract.
- Is accommodation included in the module ?
No. If you wish to be hosted by Auneor Conseil or Odoo, then you can sign a contract with Auneor Conseil or Odoo but this hosting contract will be independent of this module.

- Le support est-il compris dans le module ?
Non, seul les dysfonctionnements sont pris en compte dans le support, sinon vous devez avoir un contrat de support Aunéor Conseil.
- L’hébergement est-il compris dans le module ?
Non. Si vous souhaitez être hébergé chez Aunéor Conseil ou chez Odoo, alors vous pouvez souscrire un
contrat auprès d’Aunéor Conseil ou d’Odoo mais ce contrat d’hébergement sera indépendant du présent module.
