I bought a Synconics module and paid an extra to have the installation complete, and after many errors the installation has not been completed. There are no operating instructions, only general app operation. There are many parts that are not explained and are important. On top of that, now they don't respond to emails, not even on skype. They are not aware of the problem. UPDATE After not responding to anything, when I posted my review they sent me a message asking me for more money to fix the bugs in the app. That's understandable if I wanted custom features, but not for making the module work properly. I do not recommend this module to anyone, nor do I recommend buying modules from this developer. EXAMPLE This is the way they consider that the module synchronizes prices well. This is the way they say they have done their job well. https://i.imgur.com/VKToKE2.png Now they're asking for more money to fix the bugs.

Customer entity adress not respected !

Regarding your pictures showned especially "orders imports", it seems that an entity customer as as company (in Magento), is not considered as it in odoo, meaning that if customer is B2B (eg : Mr Jhon DOE for AIR FRANCE company in PARIS, and """delivery adress""" is Mr Jhon DOE for KLM company in LYON, Odoo will deliver to Mr Jhon DOE in LYON without the company Name......... (You imagine the mess ?) Means that is missing company name in delivery adress.... So, the question is : do you respect correctly the entire adresses mentionned in Magento ?
