The Wallee Refund Plugin for Odoo Shops streamlines the process of handling refunds for shop owners right from the Odoo shop, increasing both effectiveness and usability. Refund requests are frequently made by customers for specific transactions made on Odoo e-shops using the wallee payment platform. Solution
In response to the refund ticket submitted by the Odoo customer, the ERP user initiates the refund transaction from the plugin itself without creating a new transaction from the wallee platform. The request made from the plugin will contain all the information needed by the wallee platform to process the refund, such as the amount to be reimbursed, the invoice number, the original payment type, the date, etc. The plugin updates the refund status according to information collected from the wallee platform.

When a customer initiates a refund request, the ERP user can process the refund in the following steps:
Configuration:
1. Create Credit Note: Create a credit note to indicate that a credit is owed to the customer for the value of the returned goods.
2.Validate Credit Note: Confirm the products against their quantities and validate the transaction. This step adds an additional security for returns.
3. Payment Validate: Check the box "Is Wallee Refund" and validate the payment by clicking on ‘Validate’.
