This module allows users to quickly Scan barcode and QR code using mobile camera and webcam for character field.
Installation
- Copy widget_char_field_scan module to addons folder
- Install the module normally like other modules
Features
- Quickly Scan barcode and QR code using mobile camera and save the code to any character field.
- Camera Selection option
1. Add widget
Add widget to any of the character field (name="product_id" widget="char_mobile_scan")
Eg. Sale Quotations
The scan button will enable the field near to character.
You can select the camera from the popup widget
First, you need to start the camera using start button and once the code scanned the popup will close automatically.
