Account Analytic

*Adds types on a analytic account tag, so that we can set two new fields on a journal line and a sale Order Line.
*This done so that we can filter on Area of Responsability and Project Number fields. Which are set on an move line and a sale order line if the tags has either set as a type.
*This module also adds the requirment for invoice lines with an account code between 3000-9999 to have both an project and area of responsibility tag.

*There is a harsher check you can enable/disable in the settings called Harsh Analytic Tag Enforcement.
*This check for if odoo at some point tries to break this rule in the background.
