To Set Default Customer To orders and have option to disable change customer.
from "Set Default Customer" in Pos Session Config select customer that need to be default to orders
Check box "Allow Select Customer" in Pos Session Config
Allow change customer from button.
Disable change customer and cutomer set from default customer.
