Odoo 14 Login Security (Community)
Login Security
Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.
Features
- Forgot password by OTP or Security Question-Answer or Both.
- Provide virtual keyboard.
- Provide login logs.
How to use
- Go to Settings > Security Settings > for Configuration of login security.
- As per below image we can configure No. of login attemts, unblock account option, OTP activation minutes, security questions limit.
- You can see in the image there will be display a virtual keyboard for the security in Login page.
- In signup page user can fill security answer.
- When user click on reset password based on configuration setting otp page or security question page will be display.
- You have to enter OTP which you will get via email.
- Security Question Page will display as per below image where you have to enter answer of question.
- You can see login logs containing information like Ip Adress , device or browser from which users have logged in.
- Admin can set default security questions for the perticular company.
- User can fill answer of security question from their preferences.
- Provide security warning notification after login if user doesn't fill any security answer..
- From user form, we can assign IP address to provide login access.
- It will raise Invalid password warning and it will allow login attempts upto how many login attempt you have configured.
- Block account warning when your maximum login attempt limit has been exceeded.
- Admin can manually unlock acount from user form.
