Demo

Demo server is available here:

You can add your mobile number to Odoo contact and dial +442045770408 from your mobile phone and see this in action in Active Calls menu. You will see how Odoo matched your contact and opened the partner form.

You can connect your SIP phones and trunks to make real calls. Please contact for individual demo setup.

Please note that demo is re-created every night so your test calls and data is removed.

Active calls widget available from any place.

Users can manage only own calls. Managers can manage all calls.

If Partner is not found create a new Contact with one click on partner column.

When you click Calls top menu you are immediately sent to Active Calls view.

According to your permissions set by Calls Administrator you can pickup an active call, spy on it, whisper privately to your collegue, or even barge into active call and talk to both parties.

Call recordings are stored in database or file storage (as configured).

WAV / MP3 file formats are supported.

Recordings can be listned or downloaded.

User can access only recordings of his calls or partners where user is the sales person.

Supervisor can access all call recordings.

Asterisk / FreePBX support

This module requires a running Astrerisk instance.
Network connection between Asterisk and Odoo instance is required.
Please refer to Asterisk documentaion for Asterisk configuration.

Yeastar support is partial. Because there is not access to recordings.

I would like to be able to call France unlimited and also record conversations get stats 

Will also need to be able to upload a list on numbers from excel sheet and click and dial one by one

Its asterisk_common a dependence of asterisk_calls, i have to unistall asterisk_common to install asterisk_calls?
What happens with call records when an incoming call its not registered as contact or partner and i wont to create this contact?

There are a predefined time to keep call records? or something to control how much free space on disk can be used, its easy to delete old records to have this disk space back?

Hi!

Thank your for question!

All our modules depend on Asterisk Common. So it must always be installed first.

All calls are saved in Call History, with linked partner or not depending on sitation.

In settings you control how many days you want to keep call recordings and cll history. This allows you to control the disk space.

It should work as there is Asterisk inside. At least most of the functions.
