Process

• In Purchase app, create a request for quotation for example P00007.

• If a customer wants to add more products or change in product price or discount, he/she can make a revision for the purchase order (like history table) and then update the PO. To revise the quotation, user needs to click on the Revision Button.

• Request for Quotation gets revised and it will be indicated by adding iteration number next to the generated sequence, the quotation will be moved to RFQ, user can make changes and save.

• To view the revision history select Revisions tab

When clicking on any revisioned record, the user will be able to check the old version of the purchase order in the cancelled state.
