Website Barber / Salon Request Management

App for Book Barber / Salon Request in Odoo

This app allows you to manage requests from your customer and visitor/guest from your website and manage it in the backend barber / salon request in Odoo using the barber request team as shown in below screenshots.



Main Features :
  • Website Request Form: Customers / Visitors of a Website can send a barber/salon request from your website by filling out a form and submitting.
  • Barber Request Unique Number: Generation of unique number/id of a barber request on submission and record it as a barber request in the backend.
  • Customer Portal: Customers can check the status of all barber requests submitted by them on My Account at the Portal side of your website.
  • Barber Request Backend Management: Allow the Barber Admin to assign the barber request to the Barber Officer and Barber team.
  • Create Quotation: Allow the Barber Officer to create and manage quotations and send them to your customers. From sales quotation to invoice and payment you will follow odoo standard workflow of sales and invoice module.
  • Create Task: Allow the Barber Officer to Create project tasks for the barber team including services.
  • Create Material Requisition: Allow the Barber Officer / Barber to Create Material Requisition from project task with material requisition for project task.
  • Create Appointment: Allow the Barber Officer to Create a Appointment from the Barber Request with customer and preferred appointee and barber team members including Attendees.
  • Barber Teams: Allow your Barber Admin / Officer to configure and manage Barber Teams.
  • Stages: Allow Barber Admin or Barber Officer to configure and manage barber request stages under configuration.
  • Services : Allow Barber Admin or Barber Officer to configure and manage barber request service under configuration.
  • Tags: Allow Barber Admin or Barber Officer to configure and manage tags under configuration.
  • Category: Allow Barber Admin or Barber Officer to configure and manage barber request category under configuration.
  • Products: Allow Barber Admin or Barber Officer to configure and manage products and Service Products under products menu.
  • Portal / Customer : Show the barber request and appointment on my account portal to your customers.
  • PDF: Barber Request report in PDF format as shown in below screenshots.

    Role of Customer / Guest / Public User

  • They can create barber requests from your websites using form.
  • Customers after logged in can view submitted Book Barber Requests in My Account Portal of your website.

    • Role of Barber Admin

  • Barber Admin can Assign Requests to Barber Officers , Barber User and Team.

    • Role of Barber Officer

  • Barber Officer can create Sale Quotation, Appointment and Create Task from the barber request.
  • Barber Officer can create Material Requisition from Task.
  • Discuss with Customers using open chatter or meetings.
  • Print Pdf Report of Barber Request.

  • Barber can work on the barber task.
  • Barber can fill the timesheet.
