Hide Menu User Wise

This module is designed to hide menus associated with any model. You can hide either a single menu or multiple menus simultaneously.

Overview

Within this module, you have the ability to customize which menu items are visible to a particular user. To do this, navigate to the 'Hide Specific Menu' tab under the Users section, where you can choose multiple menu items to be hidden from that specific user.

The specific menu in the project module is visible before the "hide menu" option is applied.

Hide Specific Menus From The User Form View .

Go to Settings > Users and within it, you'll find the 'Hide Specific Menu' tab. In this tab, you can choose which Menu or Submenu should be hide for the selected user .

Include the menu in the list provided .

Select 'Add a line' to choose which menus should be hidden for this user. You can also select multiple menus to hide .

Select the menu you want hide .

Select those menus and save .

As you can observe, the menus and their associated views are currently not visible to the user .

The option to disable the menu for an admin user is not available, as it could potentially disrupt the workflow .

Choose the "Add a line" option within the order line .

To export the menu list, start by selecting the menus. To do this, click on "Add a line."

Choose the menus we wish to export .

Choose the menu items you wish to export from the list, then proceed by clicking the "Export" option .

Choose the path leading to the parent fields for export .

On the left side of the window, you can choose the fields for export.Remember to include the Parent Path when selecting the fields to export .

Click on export button .

To export the menu items you've chosen, simply click the "Export" button .

Select the User .

Choose the user for whom we intend to import the menu list .

Click on Import button .

Navigate to the 'Hide Specific Menu' page, and then click on the 'Import' button .

Upload the file .

A wizard will pop up, allowing us to upload a file in XLS format, and then we can click the "Import" button .

Imported the menus .

A list of menu items has been imported into the order line .
