Governance

Enterprise and Community

Governance is a module that helps business manage vital functions such as:

  • Strategy, Goals, Objectives, and Projects
  • Registers
    • Risk
    • Challenges

Strategy

1.1 Strategy

Governance module has Strategy to begin with, where you can develop a strategy that refers to the overall approach an organisation takes to achieve its Goals

Each strategy can be linked to many goals

1.2 Goals

Goals are specific, measurable targets that an organisation sets for itself to achieve within a specific time frame. Goals are often tied to the organisation's overall strategy, and they help to define what success looks like in concrete terms

Each goal can be linked to many objectives

1.3 Objectives

Objectives are the specific, actionable steps that an organisation takes to achieve its goals. Objectives are often broken down into smaller, more manageable tasks, and they are assigned to individuals or teams within the organisation

Each objective can be linked to many projects

Registers

2.1 Risks

A risk register is a document that helps organisations to identify, assess calculate the severity and effectively manage risks, prioritise actions, and ultimately achieve their goals

2.2 Challenges

A Challenge is register that records the challenges that impact the organisation operations, finances or other areas of the business and analysis the impact, cause and solution needed to address the challenges.
