Import Internal Transfer, Incoming Shipments and Delivery Orders from Excel/CSV file with or without Lot Odoo Apps.
With the help of this Odoo Apps you can easily import internal transfer, incoming shipment and delivery orders all kind of pickings from XLS/CSV file with or without Lot number and serial number with packages.You can prepare files with serial and lot number with packages details(if have package) and import it with picking, first our odoo module check existing lot/serial number also its packages,if its exists then it will link picking with those serial number, lot number and packages otherwise it will create new one.
If you want to import extra fields from default odoo apart from our sample files, we will add those on our import module without any extra cost. You can purchase our module and contact us on sales@browseinfo.in

Multi Language Translation Available

Features

It allows you to import internal transfer, incoming shipment or delivery orders from a XLS/CSV file with or without Lot.
CSV/XLS File Format.
You can import CSV or XLS file both as per as your convinience. In this module sample of import files are given,It is mandatory to use given format to create CSV or XLS file.You need to maintain the column order.Data File Sample
You have 3 different options to import Internal Transfer, Incoming Shipments and Delivery Orders.
If you are using only numeric value for Internal ref or Barcode field then please make sure the cell type/format is Text/Character
1) Import with Code.
2) Import with Barcode.
3) Import with Name.
Data File Sample
Given below is the sample of import file,It is mandatory to use given XLS format to import picking.
- NAME
- - Name of the picking.
- CUSTOMER
- - Vendor/Customer name for the picking.
- SOURCE DOCUMENT
- - Name of Source Document
- DATE
- - Date of picking.
- PRODUCT
- - Product name for the picking.
- QUANTITY
- - Quantity for the above product.
- LOT
- - Lot or Serial No. for the above product.
- SOURCE PACKAGE
- - Source package number.
- DESTINATION PACKAGE
- - Destination package number.
1. When code is selected in Import option, please select file that contains code of products.
2. When barcode is selected in Import option, please select file that contains barcode of products.
3. When Name is selected in Import option, please select file that contains name of products.
Configuration
After Installing this module, Go To Settings > Users > Manage multiple stock locations check that option.

Figure shows the menu of internal transfer, import shipments and delivery.
Import Shipments and Delivery Orders Wizard
In this wizard you have to upload properly formated CSV/XLS file which you want to import.
Source Location Zone and Destination Location Zone will be set based on selected picking type from wizard.
Import Error
If XLS/CSV file is not in Proper formate It will Generate Error.

Here you can see all imported picking.
After clicking on button "Import" below delivery order will create from CSV/XLS file, which is shown in below fig.
Installation Guide
Before installing this module you have to install following packages in your system.
1.sudo pip install xlrd
2.sudo pip install xlwt
OR
1.sudo apt-get install python-xlrd
2.sudo apt-get install python-xlwt
