Notify employees for document expiration

Employee will notify by an email that document is going to expire soon. Also, The HR manager can dynamically set the number of days in advance that an employee should be notified by email.

Employee will receive an email.

Once a document's expiry date has passed, the system will automatically expire the document record and send an email notification to the employee.
