Subcontracting for Project Tasks / Jobs

This app allows you to create subcontractor tasks in the system and allow you to share tasks to subcontractors and then subcontractors to view (view only) tasks in my account portal on a website.

Main Features:

  • Project Manager can Set Privacy Visible by Following Customer Option - This setting allows your subcontractor(s) to view tasks in My Account Portal.
  • Allow Project Manager to create Subcontractor tasks from Internal tasks form.
  • Project Manager can add a purchase order line(s) and create purchase order for Subcontractor .
  • Subcontractor receives an email after creating a subcontractor job.
  • Allow Subcontractor to log in My Account Portal and see Task(s) on My Account.
  • Subcontractor can see List and Form View of Subcontractor Tasks on My Account Portal. Here Job Order is nothinig but project tasks.

    Project Form Set Privacy Visible By Following Customer - This setting allow your subcontractor to view job order in Portal.

    Original Job Order - Create Subcontractor Job Button

    Click on Create Subcontractor Job Button on Job Order for Create Subcontractor Job

    Create Subcontractor Job Wizard View

    Create Subcontractor Job Wizard set Reponsible User / Subcontractor User, Job Name, Subcontractor (Vendor)

    After Running Wizard Subcontractor receive an email

    Click on Subcontractor Jobs Menu open Subcontractor Jobs Kanban View.

    Create Purchase Order Button - on Subcontractor Job Form

    Click on Create Purchase Order Button on Subcontractor Jobs for creating Purchase Order on selected Purchase Order Lines.

    Create Subcontractor - Purchase Order Wizard

    This wizard will create purchase order / RFQ to Subcontractor/Vendor based on Purchase Order lines tab.

    Created Purchase Order from Subcontractor Job Order

    Display created purchase order from Subcontractor Job.

    Subcontractor Job Order- Subcontractor Details

    Display Subcontractor Details Tab on Subcontractor Job Order.
