When you create a dashboard, an action is created with name : Menu Name + "Action". So for example if you create a dashboard with name : Project Dashboard. Go to any user page -> Preference -> Home Action and can select action with name : Project Dashboard Action.

Yes, we have provided a feature to move and duplicate any item from one dashboard to another. When you mouseover any item you will see a copy icon or click on edit icon and from top center of screen there is Actions dropdown with options to move/duplicate items.
Pretty simple, just click on Gear like icon present at top right of screen and then click on edit layout option. Now, when you mouseover any tile or chart you will see resize icon at bottom right of item using which you can resize items as per your need.
No, it is not the behaviour of Dashboard Ninja. Actually the dashboard layout changes automatically only in that case if you have customised the Dashboard Ninja via underlying code, record rule, group access or using any custom addons/themes on your server which is conflicting with Dashboard Ninja.

Good afternoon, I am interested in your module.
Questions arose:
1) Does this module include writing formulas for indicators?
2) Is it possible to get data from a related model?
For example, I need to calculate the average order amount by product category. Here I need to get the value from 2 models (product category and purchase order line), then I need to group the value of the order amount by the unique value of the product category. Can I do this in your module?

In this Dashboard Ninja module you can fetch data from a single model and show them in different dashboard items.
But if you want to do the calculations or write the formulas then for that you will require the Dashboard Ninja Advance, in which we have given the SQL query feature. You can also combine the data of multiple models through the SQL query feature of Dashboard Ninja Advance and show it in a single dashboard item.

Suggestion: Schedule Automatic Email Dashboard
Hi,
I would like to suggest a feature enhancement. It would be great to allow automatic send email of the dashboard through each dashboard settings of email recipients and scheduled time to trigger the action of send email.
At the moment, it can only send email with manual trigger.

Is there a way to actually show more than two decimals?
I'm working on a system that uses up to four decimals and everything gets rounded/truncated to two decimals.

We have checked your concern and In Dashboard Ninja we have an option so that users can adjust the decimals as per their requirements.
From the Technical - > Decimal Accuracy you can set the Digits and after that, you can select the Number system from the Display tab. Please write an email to us so we can share a video reference of the same.

Many2Many and One2many
Hi Team!
Is there a way to use many2many and one2many fields in the dashboards?
It seems it was filtered out on purpose, maybe due something on the component used to bring up the data IDK.
Anyway, if you guys could shed some light on this it would be great!

Please find the below response for the query.
As we have checked that you want to Group-By by the data of the dashboard items on the basis of One2many and Many2many fields.
So currently it is not feasible because these are related fields and their data is stored in the other models another reason is that these fields are having multiple records. According to Odoo default functionality that we can not group by a many2many fields which is why currently it is not feasible.

Great dashboards, good options, also for access rights
using this module now for over a year. I love how you're able to customize which users see what dashboards.
GUI works nice to determine the size and position of each dashboard.
Our customers log in to their portal and can view their own dashboards, providing them with all-time realtime information.
In our helpdesk module, we've limited visibility for our users, but through the dashboards, they can still have all necessary information.
I would've preferred to have the date filter be ordered by current periods, then previous periods and only then future periods, but at least all the options are there.
A great addition would be to be able to have a filter on columns in a list view. Maybe in the V16 version?
But all in all, a great visualisation tool for all the data in Odoo.

n the current version of "Dashboard Ninja" module we have given "Group Access" features for "Dashboards" using which you can set restriction to that particular dashboard. If you want to create and show dashboard to some specific user group then for this we have given Group Access feature in our Dashboard Ninja module. Group Access option allows us to set groups permission that who can access the selected dashboard. Example : Suppose you have created a dashboard and have given "Administration/Settings" in "Group Access" field of this dashboard, then this dashboard will only visible to that Users who belong to this "Administration/Settings" group. Currently we can not restrict the visibility of the Dashboards to yourself only using our Dashboard Ninja module.

The service received from the Ksolves team has been excellent - very quick response time and always happy to help with detailed explanations on how to get what you want.
Some improvements to the app could be the use of inserting images as tiles which would provide a more corporate personal feel to the dashboard as well as the option to change the font size would be excellent, but definitely the easiest 'dashboard maker' i have used before!
It can be slow to load, however with Ninja, its the first time as a company we have had all key day-to-day KPI's in 1 place - from invoicing figures - sales targets - website data - warehouse performance!
A high priority for a successful team!

ODOO Community has to look that what is happening here to fool the customers one after other. Very disappointed and could not trust your company as I can easily see there are multiple bad reviews on the app which is so called running AT NUMBER ONE position, people are getting fooled and you are running your plans and tricks.
Hope people can read the review before buying your modules either from Odoo store or their store. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't agree more with Hakon Ben and Brandon's comment below. Throughout the process when I am negotiating with Ksolves, they tried to raise the price about $120, and TWICE! The price of Dashboard Ninjia Advance (DNA) was $502 in early April and become $617 now. Ksolves argue DNA has new features with live update, but it is already the function of DNA when it was $502. When I point out the latest release was on Jan 13th, they forge a document to pretend there was an update on April 7th. Fortunately, I have captured the screen on 4/21, still showing 1/13 as the last release date. And 4/22, they updated the webpage.
Other suppliers update their applications, adding new features without increasing prices. You have a lot of better options than this. A lot of customers are attracted by the high sales of dashboard ninjia, and if you are hooked, Ksolves will try to ask for more money with different excuses. I hate their dishonesty and dirty tricks, so I decide to disclose it and save more people from their traps. Don't waste your money on cheating vendors!
I have kept all the history and screenshot to prove I am telling the truth, and I hope this comment can protect more people from their dirty tricks.

Worst support, no one replied even after a week. If a feature is not working in the module, they asked for the money and charge so high, I recommend do not waste your money..
