We have checked your case again with the possible cases, But no such error is generated while importing an already working dashboard. So please help us by sharing the video of the scenario and JSON file. So that we can check accordingly.

Cannot import dashboard
I tried to import an already working dashboard, I got this validation Error:
unsupported operand type(s) for +: 'bool' and 'str'

Ans: When you purchase Dashboard Ninja Advance with the same account with which you have bought Dashboard Ninja, Then Dashboard Ninja price should get auto deducted. But in case it didn't, So please ensure to remove Dashboard Ninja from the cart since you have already bought it.
Regarding the Discount offers, if it's there available in the store it will be automatically applied to your purchases.

We have given a field "Same Period Previous Years" in the item configuration of the Dashboard Ninja, using which you can compare your current data with previous period data. Please email us on the below-given email ids so we can share a video of the same.
And you can also achieve the same through the SQL query feature of Dashboard Ninja Advance but in this, you need to write the SQL query for the same.

If you want to show that the login user should see only their data in the dashboard items then yes you can do this through our Dashboard Ninja module. In the dashboard items you have to add "%UID" in domain filter then it will show the data of logged in User. "%UID" will only show the data of the current user only. Warning! Beware of their dirty tricks!
I can't agree more with Brandon's comment below. Throughout the process when I am negotiating with Ksolves, they tried to raise the price about $120, and TWICE! The price of DNA was $502 in early April and become $617 now. Ksolves argue DNA has new features with live update, but it is already the function of DNA when it was $502. When I point out the latest release was on Jan 13th, they forge a document to pretend there was an update on April 7th. Fortunately, I have captured the screen on 4/21, still showing 1/13 as the last release date. And 4/22, they updated the webpage.
Other suppliers update their applications, adding new features without increasing prices. You have a lot of better options than this. A lot of customers are attracted by the high sales of dashboard ninjia, and if you are hooked, Ksolves will try to ask for more money with different excuses. I hate their dishonesty and dirty tricks, so I decide to disclose it and save more people from their traps. Don't waste your money on cheating vendors!
I have kept all the history and screenshot to prove I am telling the truth, and I hope this comment can protect more people from their dirty tricks.
