Sales Order Traceability and Reorder Management
This module will help customer to trace its own sale orders and create reorder from that Traceability Report only.
Its features are:
- Customer will be able to generate Traceability Report from where customer will trace its own confirmed sale orders with its total cost.
- Also, customer can create reorder of any particular sale order from Traceability Report.
Prerequisites before Installation
No prerequisites are required before the installation.
Configurations
No configurations.
Once you have installed the module. Go to Sales module. In that you can open any sale order or create a new one. After that click on Traceability smart button.
On its click, you will be able to see Traceability Report as shown in below image. In Traceability Report, customer will be able to see and trace all its confirmed sale order with total cost.
Moreover, customer can create reorder of entire sale order with its original products cost or any specfic sale order's product with its original cost by clicking on reorder button as shown in below image.
Select entire sale order Or select any specific sale order product for reordering. After that popup will be shown to confirm the reorder. If yes then click on Create Reorder button as shown in below images.

Once, Reorder is created, it will give success message with created sale order name as shown in below image
