WhatsApp eCommerce Updates
eCommerce is booming big in the current time. Consumers are preferring to buy products online. Generally when you order products from website, you get updates in the email when order is placed or order shipped and delivered. We have created an Odoo app which allows you to send WhatsApp messages from your WhatsApp number or WhatsApp for Business Account to the customer. Our App supports sending eCommerce messages for any eCommerce webstore connected with Odoo. It also supports the Odoo ECommerce App. Once the order is placed it does the sending of necessary messages at every stage of product processing.

How does it work?
Configuration
It is difficult to get a signup for WhatsApp for business directly and get access to API as signup process takes too long. Hence, it is better to signup for third party whatsapp API services as Chat API. Also selenium could be used for free but it is not robust and reliable and cannot handle large volumes of load. You need to signup for Chat Api account on https://app.chat-api.com/login
First we have to login into whatsapp chat api using https://app.chat-api.com/login.
We get an whatsapp instance id & whatsapp token.
Go to General Settings and Paste the credentials for Whatsapp Instance Id and Whatsapp token copied from whatsapp chat api.
Click on Get QR Code & scan QR code from mobile Whatsapp Web.
After you scan QR code from your mobile is authenticated

Writing a good message is important to get a high response rate, but you do not want to rewrite the same structure every time, for that we have added whatsapp templates. Without the need to rewrite the entire email structure every time, you save time to focus on the content. Improving their overall experience with the company
Goto Website -> Configuration -> Whatsapp Template
We needs to select object for which you wants to add template, add message structure in content section, you can add dynamic data by using dynamic placeholder section similar to odoo email template functionality, you can attach report by selecting link report
